 As you know, last week we advised that we’re temporarily suspending the sale of our travel insurance products in some regions.

Due to coronavirus (COVID-19) and the related travel restrictions and warnings in place from governments and agencies around the world, we’ve made the difficult decision to suspend the sale of domestic and international travel insurance policies to Brazilian and Canadian residents as of 11:00 pm on Sunday 5 April 2020 Canadian Central time and 1:00 am on Monday, 6 April 2020 Brazilian Standard Time.

We continue to sell travel insurance policies to residents of the United States.

Please note that we don’t take these decisions lightly. We appreciate that following our advice last week many of you were concerned about World Nomads and your future with us.

Rest assured, we are continuing to provide services to your travellers who have policies with us, and your travellers can continue to receive our fortnightly Nomads News including safety updates and travel news.

We’re continuing to add to and update our FAQs for the coronavirus (COVID-19) crisis as it continues to evolve and while no one can say when this crisis will be over, we will be ready to help your travellers when they can freely travel again.
